We provide legal standpoints to all the matters regarding labour relation, especially to changes of labour relation, employment rating, termination of labour relation, claims for holiday and severance pay, authority of employer to check employees, equal treatment and discrimination. We represent employers as well as employees in court proceedings regarding disputes out of labour relations which often relate to invalid termination of employment, wage and damage compensation.
We offer a preparation of working regulations and of internal directives to employers.
